The need of being informed about your thyroid nodules
It is amazing to see in this day and age thyroid pathology still being misdiagnosed and recommendations of conservative management without needle biopsies on thyroid nodules that need a cytological diagnosis. It is all about having options and these are not available unless there is information available to the patient to make an informed decision on his/her treatment.
